Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathology

Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathology

Each clinical fellow is selectively paired with an experienced CF mentor who can support new clinicians as they develop their competencies during the CFY. Team leaders are assigned to provide local support and facilitate communication between CFs and other bilingual team members. The Director of Clinical Services works to help CFs develop their bilingual clinical skills and can help each CF access resources from other clinicians nationwide.

Support Network and Mentorship

Bilingual Therapies has a dedicated group of mentors qualified to support CFY speech-language pathologists and school psychologist interns. Our mentors are highly credentialed and committed to giving the professionals they work with all the tools necessary for a rewarding career. A mentor’s goal goes beyond providing supervision. Our mentors provide support and guidance in developing clinical skills and professional competence.

For me, Bilingual Therapies has been a helpful presence through the end of grad school and during my CFY.

While all my friends were stressing about jobs and licensing stuff, Bilingual Therapies was providing support and reinforcing their commitment to my value as a future bilingual service provider.
