Primary Purpose

Plan and provide speech-language pathology services to students with suspected or identified speech, voice, or language disorders through consultations, assessments and direct speech therapy services.

Your Qualifications

Education/Certification

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited college or university

Valid Arkansas License or internship pending

Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Pending

Special Knowledge/Skills

Knowledge of speech and language development, assessment procedures, and strategies and interventions for remediation of speech and language disorders

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience

At least one semester of Clinical Practicum in Public School setting preferred
