Classrooms are mapped to specific needs: elementary (10), middle (5), high school (4), and a unique Bridges (alternative program for severe behaviors, 2 positions open for all grades). Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Kansas licensure appropriate to the teaching grade level; must be current and presented before placement
• Experience or keen interest in life skills, autism, or behavior-focused classrooms
• Ability to foster meaningful relationships, adapt strategies, and create inclusive learning environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction and support for students in assigned specialty classrooms
• Implement and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with staff and families
• Collect data, assess progress, and adjust interventions to maximize student success
• Maintain a structured and positive learning environment conducive to every learner's growth
• Participate in professional development, meetings, and ongoing program enhancement
