Special Education Teacher in Noblesville, IN

With 35 hours per week of onsite instruction, you’ll play a vital role in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment.
This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through mid-December 2026. You’ll collaborate with dedicated professionals while delivering individualized education to help students reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Current and active Indiana teaching license in Special Education (please provide a screenshot with your application)
- Previous experience working with students with mild disabilities strongly preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to providing differentiated instruction and accommodations for diverse learners
- Ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues and families
- Genuine passion for advocating and supporting students with special needs
Role Expectations:
- Teach and manage a self-contained classroom for middle school students
- Design, implement, and adapt lesson plans based on student IEPs and abilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEP goals
- Foster a welcoming classroom community where every student feels valued and encouraged
- Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in meetings with families and colleagues
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
