Special Education Teacher in Molalla, OR

Qualifications:
- Current, active Special Education teaching certification/license in Oregon
- Demonstrated experience working in elementary behavior classrooms, managing challenges such as physical aggression and elopement
- Proven ability to independently run a high-volume Learning Resource Classroom, maintaining effective instruction for classes averaging 43 students

- Availability for onsite, full-time work (37.5 hours per week) throughout the school year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to the needs of students with a wide range of abilities
- Implement effective behavior management and safety protocols in behavior classrooms
- Organize and manage curriculum, schedules, and IEP documentation for large caseloads in Learning Resource Classrooms
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that emphasizes growth, resilience, and academic success
