Special Education Teacher - Goodyear, AZ

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience with resource or special education settings at the high school level preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging instruction based on IEPs and state standards
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student inclusion and growth
• Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support classroom management and promote a positive, safe learning environment
