Requirements:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience working with students requiring individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of current best practices in special education
- Experience developing differentiated lesson plans tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction to students with varying abilities, adapted to their IEP goals
- Assess student progress, regularly updating documentation and reporting
- Modify curriculum and classroom activities to support individual learning styles
- Collaborate with general education teachers to create seamless inclusion experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and related service providers
- Implement behavioral strategies and positive reinforcements
- Actively contribute to IEP meetings, offering input on goals, accommodations, and progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all required regulations
