Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education licensure
• Previous experience in center-based classrooms for Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Ability to work collaboratively with paraprofessionals and other staff

Role Highlights:

• Begin your assignment on November 1, 2026, with a scheduled completion on February 15, 2027
• 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, from 7:20 AM–3:20 PM—no remote or hybrid options
• Primary responsibility for a caseload of around 10 elementary students, supported by three skilled paraprofessionals
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt instruction for diverse learning needs
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that nurtures students’ growth, engagement, and independence
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to best support student achievement
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in team meetings as required
