Bilingual Therapies is actively seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in the Chicago area for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting while working with a supportive team.

Position Details
Location: Chicago Area, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Setting: Onsite school placement
Contract: 2026–2027 school year

Responsibilities
Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school teams
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators
Requirements

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education endorsement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.05 to $53.05. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
