Current work day options include Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm, or a blend of longer Monday and Wednesday shifts (8:15 am to 4:15 pm) with a shorter Tuesday (8:15 am to 12:15 pm), accommodating a variety of scheduling preferences. Mondays are devoted exclusively to paperwork or meetings, ensuring you have the support you need to excel in your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to young learners in a self-contained special education setting.
• Collaborate with two full-time paraeducators to create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
• Float as a substitute within the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program as needed.
• Engage in team meetings, complete documentation, and participate in continuous professional development.
• Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families to support educational growth.

Qualifications:

• Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education teaching license required.
• Prior experience in special education preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet each child’s unique needs.
