Key Qualifications & Experience:

Florida Department of Health SLPA license, current and in good standing
Experience or training in school-based settings highly valued
Willingness to work across multiple campuses, collaborating with district teams
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage caseloads of 50-55 students
Familiarity with the fingerprinting process and credentialing requirements in Florida schools (AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge procedures)

Your Role Will Involve:

Providing direct speech and language therapy to students under SLP supervision
Assisting with screenings, documentation, and administrative tasks related to each student’s speech therapy plan
Supporting implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborating closely with multilingual and multidisciplinary school staff and families
Flexibly adapting to assignments at a variety of campuses to meet students’ needs and maximize your hours
