School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Cambridge, MA

Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLPA state licensure required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language programs as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Assist in conducting screenings and therapy sessions for students with communication challenges
- Support individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices
