Speech Language Pathologist in Triangle, VA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP licensure (required)
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based speech-language pathology
- Flexibility to work with various age groups and disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to complete immediate credentialing, including a VA Dept. of Social Services background check and TB test
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans and intervention strategies in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and documentation as required by state and district policies
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and support student progress toward academic and speech goals
- Adapt services as needed to address caseload and grade-level diversity

- Contract runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027, aligned with the 185-day school calendar
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week commitment, with assignments based on school and student needs
