Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active SLP certification for school practice within the state
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in educational environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Comfort working exclusively onsite (no remote option available)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
