Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Navarre, FL

In this position, you will work full-time on-site, serving approximately 45 elementary school students. The specific school assignments will be determined prior to the school year. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide comprehensive speech-language therapy and ensure every student has access to the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
Qualifications:
- Current, active state SLP licensure and required certifications (CCC)
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Ability to manage cases across potentially multiple school sites
- Ready to start on August 12, 2026, and commit through May 25, 2027
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned students, following individualized education plans
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment goals for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy within academic settings
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with district policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
- Remain available for a prescreen interview within designated hours (with some flexibility possible)
