Ideal candidates will possess:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellow (CF), or SLP-Assistant (SLPA) eligibility
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering student progress and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
• Conducting evaluations, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintaining thorough records in compliance with state and school guidelines
• Collaborating closely with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student success
• Supporting students through individual and group therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs
• Participating in IEP meetings and ongoing interdisciplinary communication to track and report progress
