Step into a rewarding school-based contract role supporting students across a vibrant and welcoming district in Florida. Multiple openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to cover both short-term and full academic-year assignments near Lake Mary, FL. Each campus fosters a collaborative environment where SLPs make a direct impact on student growth.

Positions include a variety of schedules at elementary, middle, and high schools. Opportunities range from full-week positions (including maternity leave coverage) to partial week assignments, allowing you to tailor your experience. Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs (CCC) are welcome—supervision is provided for those in their CF year. Please note, remote/virtual candidates and SLPAs are not being considered at this time.

Qualifications
• Valid and current Florida SLP licensure is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs with supervision provided
• School-based SLP experience strongly desired
• Experience working with severe-profound populations and proficiency in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student success
• Availability for contract dates August 4th, 2026 – May 28th, 2027

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy to students with a wide range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service staff
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain required documentation
• Utilize AAC tools and interventions for students with complex communication challenges
• Engage in team meetings and student support planning
