Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering school-based speech-language therapy services
  • Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the school year
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in multidisciplinary settings
  • Flexibility in caseload management—school and caseload assignments may be tailored to preferences where possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate session documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote students’ success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences as needed
