Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP licensure required
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to supporting a variety of students from diverse backgrounds
• Must initiate Virginia Department of Social Services background check immediately
• Completion of a recent TB test, per Virginia state requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy to students per IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with team members
• Consult and communicate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff
• Maintain all required documentation and reports in a timely, confidential manner
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings throughout the school year
• Flexibility to adapt to caseloads at any school grade level
