Speech Language Pathologist in Culpeper, VA

This full-time, onsite contract assignment offers the opportunity to support students across a range of grade levels, contributing to their communication and academic success. You’ll be based in the Culpeper, VA area and will play a vital role in a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on student development.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possess or be eligible for an active Virginia SLP license
• Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply, provided they meet Virginia provisional license requirements
• Experience providing therapy, conducting evaluations, and supporting IEP development preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and reporting, including Medicaid-related paperwork
• Willingness to travel between sites within the district as assigned

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services onsite to students, tailored to their unique needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member, contributing clinical insights
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with school and Medicaid requirements
• Foster strong communication with teachers, faculty, and families to support students’ overall education plans
• Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of K-12 learners
