School Speech Language Pathologist - Attica, IN

What sets you up for success:
- Active SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in the school setting, specifically with elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Comfort with technology platforms for teletherapy, if applicable
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
Key responsibilities you’ll handle:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy, both individually and in groups, in-person or via teletherapy
- Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with special education teams and families
- Communicate strategies and progress with school staff and parents
- Adapt interventions to best support diverse learners and evolving caseloads
