Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Adapt services based on caseload needs, to be determined upon assignment
