Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and providing counseling/support for students in a K-12 school setting
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to maintain documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in school psychology
• Flexibility to adapt services across diverse student populations and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students in grades K-12
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services for students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and wellbeing
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, RTI processes, and relevant school initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing program improvements
