School Psychologist - Media, PA

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic urban school community as a full-time School Psychologist. Two openings are available for dedicated professionals who thrive in hands-on, in-person settings. You'll join a collaborative environment focused on comprehensive support, assessment, and intervention for middle school students.

Position Details:

• Two full-time contract positions
  • Toby Farms: Serving grades 6–8, 8:15AM–3PM, Monday through Friday
  • ESA Middle School: Focus on occasional out-of-district evaluations and overflow cases, 8:30AM–4PM, Monday through Friday
• 35 hours per week through June 10, 2027
• Onsite only; five full days in-person required

What We’re Looking For:

• Active school psychologist certification/licensure
• Prior school-based experience required
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Skilled in managing caseloads, including IEP participation, consultation, and appropriate documentation
• Experience working in an urban school setting and comfort engaging with diverse student populations
• Reliable transportation for punctual, dependable attendance
• Ability to complete all Pennsylvania state-required clearances
• Comfortable working onsite with no schedule modifications possible

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, OOD evaluations, and re-evaluations as required
• Collaborate with school teams to develop interventions and supports
• Participate in meetings, planning, and case management
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines
• Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and families
