As an onsite professional, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Wisconsin
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education law is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and interpret results to guide educational decisions
• Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being and address learning or behavioral concerns
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student needs
• Track and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
