Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure in School Psychology is required
  • Prior experience serving as a School Psychologist in a school environment
  • Must have experience working in an urban educational setting
  • Ability to complete all Pennsylvania school employment clearances
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Comfortable working a fixed Monday–Friday schedule onsite, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (35 hours weekly)
  • Willingness to work full-time over five full in-person days (flexibility for part-time candidates may be considered)
  • Capable of conducting evaluations and assessments as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations and assessments for middle school students, including occasional OOD work
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement support strategies
  • Address overflow assessments as assigned by the district
  • Advocate for the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of a diverse student body
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and timelines
