School Registered Nurse (RN) in Hephzibah, GA

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, compassionate care to students with critical, complex, and medically fragile needs within an elementary school setting near Hephzibah, GA. In this full-time, onsite contract opportunity, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and healthcare providers to ensure student safety and well-being every school day from 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver individualized nursing care, including G-tube feedings, trach care, suctioning, and seizure/epilepsy monitoring
• Administer medication and provide emergency interventions as required
• Maintain detailed, confidential student health records
• Educate staff on student-specific medical protocols
• Support health-related accommodations and participate in healthcare planning for students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Georgia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Proficiency with G-tube, trach management, suctioning, and seizure/epilepsy care
• Demonstrated ability to work with students with complex or medically fragile health needs
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with healthcare teams and families
• Full-time, onsite availability
