Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Take on a fulfilling role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic school environment near West Chester, PA. This is a full-time contract position with 35 hours per week, offering an opportunity to make a lasting difference for students in specialized classrooms. Immediate openings are available, with contracts extending through June 10, 2027.

Five positions are available:

• Three RBTs are needed to support an Autistic Support classroom for students in grades K–2.
• Two RBT positions, specifically for male candidates, are open at a middle school setting.

Your experience and adaptability will be key as the needs in these classrooms can vary, offering new challenges and growth. The role requires maintaining your RBT certification independently, as district supervision may not be available. Candidates with school-based experience, especially with special education or behaviorally challenged students, will thrive in this urban setting.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must provide upfront)
• School-based experience is required
• Experience supporting special education and behaviorally challenged students
• Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs
• Comfortable working onsite with a specific caseload
• Willingness and ability to complete PA clearances
• Reliable transportation
