Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect, document, and analyze behavioral data to track student progress
• Implement individual behavior intervention plans with consistency and fidelity
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Adapt strategies as needed to meet student needs in a dynamic school environment
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times
