Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of behavior intervention plans and best practices
• Ability to gather, document, and report behavioral data accurately

• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group behavior support to students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and school teams
• Assist in the ongoing collection and analysis of behavioral data
• Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans as directed by supervisors
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing assessment and planning
• Document progress and report findings to relevant staff
