Openings are available in two locations: Chester Upland School of Arts (supporting an Autistic Support classroom for K-2 students—3 positions) and Toby Farms Middle School (2 positions, male RBT candidates only, as per site requirements). Success in these roles requires adaptability, confidence managing behavioral challenges, and a commitment to supporting special education learners. Please note: supervision to maintain RBT certification must be sourced independently.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with certificate provided upon application.
• Recent experience working in school-based settings, specifically with special education and behaviorally challenged students.
• Flexibility and comfort with changing classroom needs and priorities.
• Ability to obtain/complete Pennsylvania clearances.
• Reliable transportation for onsite presence.
• Strong references to demonstrate your skillset and reliability.
• Willingness to complete a brief (15-minute) Zoom interview.
• Male RBTs required for Toby Farms Middle School positions.
• Must be comfortable within an urban educational environment.
• Candidates must be able to maintain their RBT certification independently if district supervision is unavailable.
