School Physical Therapist | Media, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania
• School-based PT experience required
• Comfortable and confident working within an urban school environment
• Experience with K-12 students, including those with ASD and ID
• Willingness to secure required PA clearances
• Must be able to provide current licensure upon request
• Ready to interview via Zoom

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a small K-12 student caseload
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborating closely with teachers and special education teams
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support students’ developmental, functional, and educational needs
• Ensure documentation complies with school and state guidelines
• Provide insights and recommendations during IEP meetings
• Maintain effective communication with families and school staff
• Work exclusively onsite, with full-time hours (35 hours per week) from now through June 10, 2027
