School-Based Physical Therapist - Bennettsville, South Carolina

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
• Experience working with K-12 school-aged children is preferred
• Strong collaborative skills to effectively partner with school staff and fellow professionals
• Comfort using virtual platforms for supervisory and documentation tasks
• Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for virtual service delivery
• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive onsite physical therapy interventions to students, supporting their physical development and access to educational opportunities
• Complete assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor student progress in accordance with school protocols and state regulations
• Supervise a licensed PTA delivering virtual (VOCO) services and ensure all interventions and documentation meet professional standards
• Carry out VOCO responsibilities, including paperwork, supervision, and reporting, as required
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, teachers, and school administrators
• Engage in collaborative problem solving to address unique student needs and support IEP goals
