Support middle school students as an ASL Paraprofessional in an engaging educational setting located near Ypsilanti, MI. What We’re Seeking:

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
• High school diploma required; prepared to provide either a high school or college transcript if hired
• Prior experience working in a school environment
• Comfortable supporting middle school students in classroom and individual settings
• Able to work full time following the school calendar

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate clear communication between students and educational staff using ASL
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education and behavioral plans
• Encourage student participation, independence, and social interaction
• Provide classroom and one-on-one support as directed by teaching staff
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all students
