What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide preferred
• Ability to engage and connect with students in both one-on-one and classroom environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing classroom needs
• Familiarity with K-12 learning and behavior strategies a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or related field highly valued
• Willingness to work onsite as a W2 employee

Key responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and social support to K-12 students
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Work directly with students 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that supports all learners
• Help monitor student progress and communicate insights to teaching staff
• Support classroom management and organization
• Ensure safety and well-being of students throughout the day
