As a paraprofessional, you’ll collaborate closely with school staff to provide vital assistance across a diverse range of settings—including Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as roles such as Bus Aide.

All paraprofessionals are placed based on campus needs and must be open to a variety of assignments, including personal care such as toileting, feeding, and supporting students with specialized health and behavioral needs.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree or higher OR 48+ college units and high school diploma OR passing the CBEST or Instructional Aide Exam plus high school diploma.
- For select roles: CPR/First Aid certifications, experience in physical health care procedures (e.g. G-tube feeding, blood glucose testing), sign language fluency, Braille coursework, or Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) credentials.
- Six months or more of recent paraprofessional experience in schools preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, communicate, and remain flexible throughout varied daily tasks.
- Willingness to support students with personal, medical, and behavioral needs as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers and service providers in academic, behavioral, and physical support for students with diverse needs.
- Deliver personal care, health-related routines, or specialized procedures as trained.
- Communicate effectively with staff, administrators, and students.
