Seeking dedicated paraprofessionals for contract positions in a vibrant elementary school environment near Maple Grove, MN. Multiple opportunities are available across several schools, with the potential for direct hire after a 90-day contract period. You’ll be working closely with teachers and students Monday through Friday, 32.5 hours per week, supporting students' academic and behavioral needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must meet one of the following:
  • Have passed the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam, OR
  • Hold at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required—degree or diploma images not accepted)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is preferred
• Willingness and ability to assist with toileting and self-care needs as part of support staff duties
• Must submit a current resume and highly qualified documentation for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities and provide one-on-one support to students
• Implement instructional plans as directed by classroom teachers
• Help create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
• Support students with classroom routines and, when necessary, assist with basic hygiene and toileting needs
