What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a K-12 setting is preferred
• Ability to provide direct support to students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in student development
• Flexibility and adaptability within a school environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks and student supervision
• Support students’ educational and behavioral goals, as outlined by educators
• Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress, engagement, and participation
• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organization
• Communicate effectively with staff and students to support daily routines
