This role focuses on providing programmatic support to Kindergarten classrooms across an elementary school, helping shape a positive educational environment for students at a formative stage.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit is required—candidates must present proof; those with permits in process may provide a DEEDS portal screenshot.
• Willingness to pay for $85 criminal background check (fingerprinting), confirmed before proceeding.
• Prior experience in a school or classroom as a paraprofessional is highly valued.
• Strong commitment to supporting young students in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• RBT-certified applicants must arrange any external BCBA supervision themselves, as it is not provided onsite.
• Two positions available, so team players are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on support to Kindergarten classrooms, working collaboratively with educators and staff to meet student needs.
• Assist with both academic activities and behavioral supports as needed throughout the school day.
• Engage with individual students and small groups to enhance learning and contribute to daily classroom routines.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and school policies at all times.
