Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience
• Bilingual proficiency required; able to communicate effectively with a diverse student population and their families
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Current knowledge of IEP processes and relevant educational laws or guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor, sensory integration, and functional skills
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with input from parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assess, document, and report on students’ progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students’ needs are met in the classroom environment
• Contribute expertise during meetings, consultations, and professional development sessions
