School Occupational Therapist - Swanzey, New Hampshire

This contract opportunity is perfect for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys flexibility and thrives in a part-time, onsite environment. You'll collaborate closely with a supportive special education team and have direct input into scheduling, ensuring a work experience that suits your professional needs.

In this position, you’ll serve both Gathering Waters and Surry Village campuses, working with students across elementary and upper grades. Your expertise as a licensed OT will make a genuine impact as you provide both direct therapy sessions and consultation services—delivering approximately 110 hours over the remainder of the school year.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification is required
• Prior experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Familiarity with IEP goal implementation and collaborative service delivery
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for multi-site coverage
• Ability to manage time well and travel between Keene and Surry campuses (less than 15 minutes apart)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy (individual and group) to eligible students across two charter school campuses
• Deliver a variety of consultations throughout the year, tailoring support for teachers and staff to optimize student outcomes
• Document services, progress, and support IEP compliance
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement best practices
