Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure issued by the Florida Department of Health (FL DOH)
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings, with a strong understanding of best practices for IEP-based services
• Familiarity with itinerant service delivery models preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple locations
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and credential verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students aged preschool through adolescence, supporting function and participation in the school environment
• Travel between four private school sites within the Jacksonville area, providing services as scheduled
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans in line with student needs and IEP requirements
• Consult and collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support optimal outcomes for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation, comply with state and district guidelines, and participate in meetings as needed

You’ll work approximately 14 hours per week in a schedule that supports work-life balance, with the potential to transition to full-time as the need arises.
