What We're Looking For:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in Florida
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred, but not mandatory
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling between school sites across the county (locations will be assigned over the summer)
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to deliver impactful therapy in diverse environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ functional abilities and needs within K–12 schools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Support student access and participation in the classroom and school community
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and other professionals to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Travel between multiple schools as assigned, adapting plans for each unique site and population
