Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license required
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, students, and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexible approach to meet the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs related to sensory, motor, and adaptive skills
• Develop and deliver targeted interventions, integrating therapeutic strategies into the educational environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student learning goals and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to school and professional standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere
