Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active OT license required
- Previous experience providing occupational therapy in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, students, and families
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Flexible approach to meet the needs of diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs related to sensory, motor, and adaptive skills
- Develop and deliver targeted interventions, integrating therapeutic strategies into the educational environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student learning goals and IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to school and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere
