Qualifications and Experience:

• State teaching certification in General Education
• Endorsement or experience with Bilingual and/or ESOL instruction
• Strong communication skills in English and another language, preferred
• Experience developing lessons for diverse, multicultural classrooms
• Proven ability to individualize instruction for students with varying language abilities
• Flexibility adapting to changing classroom contexts and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver standards-based lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines
• Integrate language development strategies for English language learners
• Adapt materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of bilingual and ESOL students
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
