English Language Arts Gen Ed Teacher - Napoleonville, Louisiana

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Louisiana Teaching License/Certification with relevant endorsements
• Experience teaching General Education ELA preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices in ESL/EL instruction
• Strong classroom management skills and cultural awareness
• Outstanding communication, organization, and adaptability
• Ability to design creative and inclusive lesson plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging reading, writing, listening, and speaking lessons
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere encouraging language development
• Assess and track student progress, adapting instruction as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support services to optimize student outcomes
