Educational Diagnostician Special Education Teacher in Keller, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required
- Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate
- Minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience
- Successful completion of the state certification exam for Educational Diagnosticians
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Prior experience in a school setting as an educational diagnostician
- Ability to complete state fingerprinting and credentialing requirements promptly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for students across assigned campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret evaluation data and recommend effective educational strategies
- Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to district policies and confidentiality standards
- Travel between two school sites as part of an itinerant team
