Desired Skills and Experience:

• Indiana Exceptional Needs, Deaf and Hard of Hearing teaching license, or eligibility to obtain.

• Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for student success.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultative guidance to school personnel on accommodations, instructional strategies, and technology for Deaf/Hard of Hearing learners.
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and progress monitoring as needed.
• Advise on implementation of assistive listening devices, classroom modifications, and language development strategies.
