Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a COTA

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and workload effectively
Role Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of occupational therapy programs designed by supervising occupational therapist
- Provide direct therapeutic services to elementary-aged students within the educational setting
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student participation in school routines
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for developing students’ individual plans
