What you’ll bring:

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Valid state licensure as required by California regulations
• Previous experience supporting pediatric or elementary caseloads, preferably in a school-based setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and a genuine passion for empowering young learners
• Understanding of IEP processes and the ability to document progress efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary students
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to classroom routines and student needs
• Assist in conducting assessments and documenting student progress to help guide therapy approaches
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student participation and performance in daily activities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute insights during team meetings
